Booking details
We have attempted to keep our booking system simple,
fair and stress free.
After making initial contact through either a telephone call or an email, we
will send you a booking form which will help you and our organisation plan ahead.
Because we are a social enterprise, we would not expect organisations to pay the
full booking fee, if for some reason you needed to cancel the activity. All we
would ask if the cancellation is within a week of a planned activity a fee of
25% of the total fee would have to be paid, to enable us to give our
instructors compensation for loss of earnings.
A session cancelled before a week of the planned activity would not occur a
cancellation fee.
We also have the right to cancel an activity if unforeseeable weather
conditions will cause an issue over the health and safety of your participants
and our instructors. We will endeavour to offer you an alternative activity or
rearrange the session for another date.
