Mountain
boarding
Mountain
Boarding, also known as All Terrain Boarding (ATB), is an extreme sport that
has really exploded in the UK over the past few years and is seriously good
fun. A Mountain Board is a cross between a skateboard and a snowboard which can
be used on slopes covered by grass. The basic principle behind Mountain
Boarding is fairly simple, get down a hill having as much fun as you possibly
can.
Our Mountain board activities are a perfect introduction to this very
accessible extreme sport. Students can realistically expect to be carving down a
hill by the end of the session and be set to continue the sport on their own.
Interested? Then why not book our Mountain board mobile
provision.
All we need you to do is to provide a suitable location and we supply the rest.
(we can advice you on the requirements). We do however have an excellent venue
in Chesterfield, if your group is within travelling distance.
A basic
format would be for the instructor(s) to organise a beginner session to ensure
everyone is riding safely, this normally takes around an hour, followed by time
for the rider to put it all into practice. We will also arrange group
activities and team games also.
What we can
offer:
We can cater for a maximum of 14 children or younger adults per
session.
Participants
need to be the age of nine or above.
We provide all mountain boards, appropriate safety equipment, freestyle ramps
and coaching aids.
Our coach to participant ratio for mountain boarding is 1 to 12.
Minimum session time is two hours @ £45.00 per hour.
Due to the nature of a mobile service, we do charge additional fees for
instructor(s) travel time and out of pocket expenses.

£3.00 per participant we provide a quality certificate of achievement and a
medal on a ribbon.
We also offer a
