Update on what we have been up to over the last few weeks. We have started running four Sportivate projects in Warsop and Clipstone, MTB and BMX sessions. We have also purchased a inflatable remote controlled car race track, fantastic for birthday parties and gala’s.

Good news is that we have just recruited a new member of staff who is a qualified to level 2 Cytech cycling mechanic. We are now looking to offer Doctor Bike and cycle maintenance programmes in schools and the community.

Not up-dated the website for a while, been very busy planning, developing new products and delivering activities. Since the start of the year we have been involved in a number of initiatives, working with our clients.

The BMX coaching programme went ok within our new indoor facility. Our aim is now to build up and recruit new members into our club and form a regional BMX team for 2012.

We have been working close with Shine at Warsop providing over 80 sessions in 3 month, engaging young people in a number of activities.

Our promotion of offering wheeled sports birthday parties is going well. Mums and dads are always on the look out for alternative provision, I think they are getting bored with soft play and swimming parties.

We are now back working with Nottinghamshire Scouts, with an increased request for more BMX and Mountain biking sessions.

It is that time of year again when we have loads of schools contacting us for after-school club activities. We are also working with Sports England on their new initiative called Sportivate.

We now have Laser Tag and have provided loads of sessions in the last few months. In fact this activity has been so popular that we have already up graded our laser tag guns to a more advanced model to offer excellent gaming.

New activities are being introduced for 2011. We are looking to provide laser tag and remote control car racing. Like all our activities, we are able to offer these activities at our centre or bring them to you.

It turned out to be a double celebration when many old skool BMX riders attended one of our instructors (Milly) wedding party last week. Great chance to catch up on what everyone have been up to over the last 25 years.

We have been busy providing Nottinghamshire Scouts with lots of mountain biking days at Sherwood Pines. The young people and leaders enjoy these sessions so much, many return the following year to do it again.

What a summer holiday. We have provided 61 activity sessions over the last six weeks throughout the East Midlands. Over 1500 young people have experienced a number of wheeled sports activities.

Its taken a long time to get there because of design and finding the correct material, but now we have a electronic four man start gate, which fits on the side of the trailer.
